We offer a variety of searches that will conform to your needs, depending on the Urgency to have your positions filled, and of the amount of openings.

We represent these types of firms working in the RF, Antenna, Radar, Satellite Communications,  Radar Cross Sections, Low Observables, Guidance Navigation & Control, and Infrared areas.

E.R.S. is happy to work on a contingency , or retainer basis. Depending on your needs, the intensity of the search, and the urgency of your needs.

 

A retained search: (generally 2 or more engineers) we are able to give exclusive time, and efforts toward your goals. Working at 20% - 25% of the applicants first years annual salary, payable 30 days after the applicant reports to your company.

We ask for small retainer  p/ month for a 3 month period, or a One time retainer (To be discussed).   Then that retainer is backed out of the first placement that we provide. Generally we are able to satisfy and fill the open positions in that 3 month time frame.

 

 

A contingency search: We work between 20% - 30% of the applicants first years annual salary, payable 30 days after the applicant reports to Your company.

Both types of searches, E.R.S. would refund the moneys paid to us in the event the applicant left within 60 days of his/her report date.

These are more flexible terms than many of our competitors, but E.R.S is confident that we are providing our client companies with strong, reliable, secure, applicants that have been pre-screened.

We are recruiting engineers from within the United States only. Our data base consists of thousands of applicants, and are recruiting new people everyday in many areas of Airborne Structures, Antennas, Stealth Technologies, RF Microwave, Satellite Communications, Propulsion, and Electronics.

We have extensive materials and the capability of targeting a specific pool of talent, or geographic area if that is required. This increases the time of the search, but also reduces relocation costs for you.
